EXCLUSIVE: Mireille Enos is in talks to join Chloe Moretz in MGM’s If I Stay for director RJ Cutler. The film, an adaptation of the Gayle Forman novel, follows a teenager who is in a coma after a car accident that devastates her family. Enos will play ‘Kat,’ the girl’s free-spirited mother who is fiercely passionate about her family and rock music.

Enos recently completed production on Season 3 of AMC’s The Killing, and World War Z. Up next, she stars in the Atom Egoyan-directed Devil’s Knot, which will premiere in Toronto. She also has two films in the pipeline: Sabotage, due out in late January 2014, and Queen Of The Night, opposite Ryan Reynolds. She is repped by CAA, Gartner/Green Entertainment at attorney Mitch Smelkinson.

Sunday’s season finale of AMC’s drama series The Killing garnered 1.5 million total viewers, up from 1.4 for the season two finale. The finale earned a 1.2 Household rating, up 9 percent from a 1.1 for the season two finale on June 17, 2012. However, the finale’s ratings were down from 1.8 million viewers and a 1.4 Household rating for the season 3 premiere. We will post additional demographics when we receive them.

You filmed the finale a while ago, but now you’re having to relive this emotionally charged moment as a performer. What are you doing now? Taking a lot of showers?
[Laughs] The other episodes, for whatever reason, I didn’t watch in real time. I would watch them the next day or whatever. But last night I made a point to watch it in real time. It was really exciting and fun. I felt proud of it, so I actually feel great today.

Paramount Home Entertainment has officially announced the Blu-ray release of director Marc Forster’s World War Z, starring Brad Pitt, Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale and Matthew Fox. The fast-paced, suspenseful zombie film is being released with an Unrated Cut via Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D combo packs, both of which street on September 17th.

Synopsis: In World War Z, a U.N. employee (Pitt) is racing against time and fate, as he travels the world trying to stop the outbreak of a deadly Zombie pandemic. “I’m really excited for fans to see the new unrated version of World War Z on Blu-ray,” said producer and star Brad Pitt. “We were thrilled with the audience response to the film in theaters and wanted to give viewers even more of the action and intensity that they loved when they watch the film at home.”

Both Blu-ray editions of World War Z feature the Unrated Cut in 2D, 1080p video, DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 surround, and DVD and UltraViolet copies of the film. Only the 3D combo pack includes both the Unrated and theatrical cuts (each in 1080p with DTS-HD MA 7.1 surround); the unrated cut is presented in 2D, while the theatrical cut presented on a separate MVC-encoded disc in 3D. Extras for both releases include:

Origins: The filmmakers discuss collaborating with renowned actor/producer Brad Pitt to create a Zombie film the likes of which have never been seen.
